My service request was handled expediently and very professionally. Service was scheduled within a day. Mirek was my service technician and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem to get my Gas oven working again. He had the spare parts so it was all corrected in the service call. Summary
We have had MTService to our home on 3 different occasions for appliance servicing and I must say we have had only the BEST experience on all accounts. Mirek was punctual, friendly and clearly explained what the issues were with our appliances. When he showed up he had floor mats to protect the hardwood and took extra care when fixing appliances. He even went above and beyond and helped us solve a reoccurring issue with our dishwasher. He was thorough with pricing and labor costs and did not overcharge for any parts that were not quoted in original quote. I would highly recommend using MTService and they will definitely be our go to for our appliance needs.
